The stairwell is often the first space we experience in a building — a daily path that should feel welcoming, durable and timeless.

For the renovation of As Oy Rohdenpuisto in Finland, the design concept focused on accessibility, long-term performance and the identity of the building, creating a space that supports everyday comfort while elevating the overall experience.

As a standout architectural detail, Muratto’s Acoustic Panel Buzzer was applied on the ceiling, introducing texture, depth and acoustic comfort — transforming the stairwell into a stronger visual statement.
